I Want to Know for Myself

My father spoke of holy fire

Of visions in the night

Of angels moving through the darkness

And Heaven filled with light

And something stirred deep down inside me

Like a river in my soul

If the Lord could speak to my father

Then I gotta know what he knows

I want the Spirit moving inside of me
